Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returned:

• Body oils
• Facial serums
• Body sprays
• Massage oils
• Any opened or unopened personal care products

This policy ensures the protection and safety of all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Please email:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement if approved. Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.

Failure to contact us within 48 hours voids eligibility for replacement consideration.

Shipping Disclaimer

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is marked as delivered, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

Chargebacks & Disputes
